Deion Sanders says lockers will be cleaned out if players don't return on time

This week, the Colorado Buffaloes are taking some well-deserved time off. They'll regroup in Boulder on Sunday before facing 25th-ranked UCLA.

Deion Sanders was blunt with his teammates about what would happen if they returned from the break late.

He detailed the procedure to Lance Armstrong in his office last week.

"On Sunday, we'll practice." So they'll have to return Saturday night," Sanders stated, according to Reach The People.

"They understand that if they are even a minute late, their locker will be cleaned."

Colorado has moved on from their historically terrible loss to Stanford two weeks ago.

Sanders took it personally and promised that the Buffs will bounce back in the last five weeks of the season.

He told Armstrong and his family that he slept in his office following the Cardinal's double overtime loss on Friday the 13th. Sanders' dedication to greatness at CU is absolutely unrivaled.
