Never-before-seen Titanic set images show an early Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet.
This week, never-before-seen photos from the Titanic set were made public before they are auctioned off by Henry Aldridge & Son in the UK in December. Titanic was released 26 years ago this December.
The images, which were captured on location in Rosarito, Mexico, in 1996 by an unidentified crew member,
show James Cameron and the cast, which featured Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet, and Kathy Bates, at work.
Prior to being given to Henry Aldridge & Son, the images belonged to a British collector.
According to auctioneer Andrew Aldridge, "what is amazing about these shots is that they were definitely taken by a member of the team using their own camera,"
and he gave the pictures a pre-sale estimate of roughly $1,800. They are not polished, PR images,
