Spears confessed in an excerpt of The Woman In Me acquired by PEOPLE that she became pregnant with ex Justin Timberlake's baby during
their relationship, but had an abortion after the then-NSYNC singer stated that he "didn't want to be a father" at the time
"It was unexpected, but it wasn't a tragedy for me." Justin was my absolute favorite. "I always imagined us having a family one day,"
she wrote. "This would simply be much sooner than I had anticipated." But Justin was displeased with the pregnancy.
