Three areas of worry following the Cowboys' close victory over the Chargers

In theory, the Dallas Cowboys' 20-17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday night was the ideal way to end Week 6 of the NFL season for the Cowboys and their fans.

Everything looked to be going their way. First, the San Francisco 49ers, who had soundly defeated the Dallas Cowboys a week earlier

were defeated by the Cleveland Browns in the early slate of games.

The New York Jets won a last-second contest over the Philadelphia Eagles in the afternoon games.

In addition, in the final seconds of Sunday Night Football, the Buffalo Bills defeated the New York Giant

The result of those first two games puts the Cowboys just one game behind the best record in the NFC

and the idea of clinching the NFC East and the top seed in the NFC playoffs appears more real than it did a week ago.

While celebrating a key victory and seeing the national media perform mental acrobatics to minimize the effect of the 49ers and Eagles losses in ways they would never do in favor of Dallas

certain concerns arose from Monday's victory. Here are three things that don't sit good following the Cowboys' 4-2 win.

Head coach Mike McCarthy's clock management against the Chargers is best described as perplexing.

Luke Grimes claims that Lainey Wilson assisted him in overcoming his fear of recording an album.
